Reservation Terms and Conditions
A valid credit card will be required to make a reservation. Credit card information will be released once the campground site has been inspected and found to be in the same condition as arrival.
Check-ins, Late Arrivals, No Shows and Group Bookings
In order to streamline our check-in process, *The card that is on file to hold the reservation will be charged 24 hours prior to check-in. *
Check-in at Campground Office is required prior to occupying the site. Paperwork must be filled out and parking passes need to be obtained. If you are unable to arrive and check-in on the day of arrival but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact the Campground Office within office hours. If you do not arrive at the campground by 12:00 p.m. on the day after your scheduled day of arrival and have not contacted the Campground Office, you will be deemed a No-Show.
No- Shows are responsible for the full amount of their reservation and the card on file will be charged. Your reservation will be cancelled and your rental unit/ campsite will be made available to other guests.
Within 14 days prior to check in we will do our best to accommodate any changes to reservations, service charges will apply, and there are no guarantees that the changes requested will be available.
There will be a $5.00 charge for any reservation changes.
Late arrivals and early departures are not eligible for a refund.

Group bookings of 3 sites or more can be made by contacting the office via email. Sites will be put on hold for 48 hours, and each group member must contact the office to provide reservation information within that time frame. Sites that have not been claimed by the 48 hour mark will be released. All other terms and conditions apply.
Cancellation Policies
30+ DAY CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel your reservation 30 or more days in advance there will be a $25 cancellation fee. For Rental Cabins there is a $250 Cancellaion Fee, For Park Models there is a $145 cancellation fee
30-14 DAY CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel or reduce the duration of your reservation less than 30 or more than 14 days before your intended arrival, your card will be charged 50% of the original reservation.
WITHIN 14 DAYS
If you cancel or reduce the duration of your reservation within 14 days prior to your arrival. your card will be charged for 100% of the total original reservation.
*RENTAL UNITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE WITHIN 14 DAYS*
****IF CHANGES ARE MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN TO SHORTEN THE STAY YOU WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE FULL COST OF THE ORIGINAL RESERVATION.****
